If we still cannot completely satisfy you, and you allowed us to make every effort to correct the problem. Warranty and Service Terms
Our limited labor warranty is valid for one year. The limited parts warranty is valid for five years. Please refer to the restrictions below.
If the same issue recurs within one year after the paid repair, contact us, and we will return to fix it at no additional charge. This guarantee applies exclusively to residential equipment used for residential purposes. It does not include past manufacturer warranty repairs or concession work.
After one year, if a part purchased from SoBellas Home Services under the 5-year limited parts warranty fails, you will be responsible for any labor, trip, or diagnostic charges.
New equipment installations, conversions, or retrofits carry only the manufacturer’s warranty, plus a 1-year labor warranty from SoBellas Home Services, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Commercial equipment is subject to a 30-day labor warranty, with manufacturer-specific warranty on parts. Most manufacturers warranty parts for 90 days. This includes in-home daycare, multifamily units, and nursing homes.
If an appliance breaks down within our thirty-day limited warranty period after a paid repair, we will return at no charge to determine the cause. If the issue is related to the original repair, we will fix it at no cost. If it is a different problem, we will price the repair as if it had been diagnosed during the initial visit. Should the machine be deemed unworthy of further investment, we will remove any installed parts and refund the original repair cost minus the service call charge.
After the 30-day limited warranty period, no warranty covers additional or more extensive repairs, other issues on the same machine (even if symptoms are identical), or incidental damages.
SoBellas Home Services reserves the right to cancel the warranty if any balance due remains unpaid after 30 days or if a check is returned by the bank. Automatic cancellation will occur if the account is placed in collections. A customer’s signature on the invoice is required for warranties to be valid. Warranty and concession repairs by the manufacturer or SoBellas Home Services carry no warranty. Any and all past due accounts void all warranties, regardless of whether they are related to said repairs.
The limited warranty will expire if a part is no longer available from the original manufacturer or cannot be rebuilt/repaired.
The warranty excludes cosmetic faults, consumables, customer abuse, leak stop, UV filter dryers, freon, and customer or manufacturer-supplied parts. No warranty on water filters, cosmetic parts, or non-functional parts, such as but not limited to glass cooktops, glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, tanks, tubs, baskets, structural parts, doors, door liners, shelves, ice bins, etc. All parts installed under a manufacturer’s warranty or service agreement carry no warranty after the manufacturer’s warranty or service agreement expires. Concession calls carry no warranty. Manufacturer warranty only on all accessories. This limited warranty is given only to the original customer. SoBellas Home Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages except as set forth in the limited warranty above. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee any other parts. This warranty applies to labor provided during normal working hours only; additional charges will apply for work outside normal working hours. We assume no liability for any loss, including food, business, or money, caused by a failed part or repair or any delays.
Parts must be purchased from SoBellas Home Services and installed by SoBellas Home Services for any limited warranty to be valid. Parts purchased elsewhere have no labor or part warranty. Trip charges are not waived for customer or manufacturer-supplied parts. The warranty is void if unauthorized service is performed. The warranty is valid only if SoBellas Home Services perform repairs. We are not responsible if unauthorized service providers or customers replace warranty parts. Parts purchased from our online store carry the manufacturer’s warranty only, and returns must be processed through the same channels. Our online store is hosted by Marcone Supply. Marcone or the manufacturer is responsible for all online part sales, returns, and warranties. Refer to the online store’s conditions of use for more information.
Choosing repairs or equipment against our professional recommendations does not apply to this guarantee. Products functioning as designed per manufacturer guidelines are excluded, as are products used differently than designed. Finance fees, uncollectible materials, and third-party labor are excluded. Commercial use, including in-home daycare, multifamily housing, and nursing homes, are excluded. Any work performed on the appliance by the customer or another company will void all warranties.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the customer. Monitored agreements require a minimum 24-month subscription, and non-monitored agreements require a 12-month minimum.
The club membership is non-refundable and cannot be canceled if the first visit has been performed or if the discounts/services received on repairs exceed the price of the purchased membership. A $95.00 trip charge applies if the subscription is canceled, and the technician arrives at the property. A $60 early cancellation fee applies for installed sensors.
Any recommended repairs during maintenance visits are excluded. Additional sensors are available for purchase. HVAC systems must be operational for regularly scheduled maintenance. The supply of air filters is not included in the program benefits. SoBellas is not responsible for water leaks, roof staining, or damage due to water leaks.
Loyalty credits have no cash value and apply only to equipment purchases or any invoice over $3,000. They are not applicable on previous purchases or subscription fees and are void upon cancellation.
Not all calcium can be removed from swamp coolers. Calcium cannot be fully removed from pads without damage. Swamp coolers will leak, seep, rust, and build up calcium. Maintenance will slow this but not stop or eliminate it.
